"I found State Farm in the midst of this winter when my former insurance dropped out of covering Vermont. My agent found another who made demands for shingle repairs in February and soffit paint! Went to another agency, same story. Local hardware store buddy suggested Bob Bartlett at State Farm. No problems, and a savings of over $1,000 on my Home/Auto premium. Made the repairs this summer. Then made first time ever small Home Owner claim after July weather. Adjustor called and within 15 minutes a payment was on its way. A study in grace and ease in the midst of a very traumatic period. State Farm is Great!"

"Just had the best experience switching our home and auto insurance over to State Farm. I spoke with Tiffany and she walked me through our coverage. She made recommendations where we were "undercovered", explaining everything clearly and in detail. "Nicole responded so quickly to my voicemail left fairly late at her office on a Friday afternoon. While most insurance professionals had already started their weekend - Nicole called me and took away my frustration at another insurance company and the way they treated my family - in about 5 min. She reassured me we had done nothing wrong and State Farm had our back. The other company had cancelled our Homeowners - due to their own underwriting mistake. "I recently reached out to Bob Bartlett State Farm on a recommendation from a friend when our insurance company raised our rates by 33% in January.
